What fabric do you use?
I normally use all brand new and preshrunk cottons, fleece and polyester. If the product is not made of all new materials, it will be in the description.

What are your return policies?
I currently do not accept returns. Please make sure you read the product description carefully before you order. If there is a problem, such as the wrong item or size was sent, email me and we can personally work out an exchange only. The item must be sent back at your own expense. Contact me if you have any questions.
Please be sure to read the size charts and description throughly before ordering to avoid any complications.

What kinds of payment to you accept?
Paypal- We accept Paypal payments through our webstore. Payment is expected as soon as you order. Credit card payments are instant but bank transactions must be cleared before your item is shipped. Your items will be shipped 1-2 business days after your payment is recieved.
Money Orders- Please be aware that we only accept money orders in Candian currency. Your payment must be recieved in 10 business days, unless special arrangments are made. Your item will be shipped 1-2 days after your payment is recieved.
